Baldanza Design

Charles Baldanza is a Registered Architect, Professional Engineer and Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey. His specialty is obtaining approvals for clients from governing bodies and building departments for Industrial, Commercial and Multi-family Residential projects in Northern New Jersey. The combination of architecture, planning and civil engineering allows for a streamlined design and approval process, eliminating much of the overlap of professionals that often occurs.

Baldanza has experience with the latest advances in warehousing and logistics, with several current and past projects across New Jersey, including several facilities of 100,000 sf and upwards, in addition to projects related to industrial plant design and factory equipment installation.

Stormwater Design

Baldanza’s expertise in stormwater management includes design, permitting, construction plans and specifications of maintain budget friendly, resource-efficient solutions that work with the environment. Baldanza uses innovative best management practices (BMPs) to design rainwater gardens, infiltration basins, stormwater detention basins, pervious pavement systems, bioretention facilities and other examples of Green Infrastructure (GI).
